etellu CRM provides a cloud-based customer relationship management platform including, but not limited to, lead management, invoicing, project management, scheduling, messaging, and reporting tools. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information and authorise recurring charges.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the etellu CRM platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and interfaces — are the exclusive property of etellu CRM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the platform ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your User Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
